Balmoral Village is a popular and sought after village. Accordingly the Village Manager maintains a waiting list of prospective residents. If you are interested or think you may consider Balmoral in the future you should register your interest.

 

 

Stay informed

If you join our mailing list you will receive a newsletter from the village three times each year and we may write to you periodically to keep you abreast of other village developments.

The following form is provided for your use. It may be printed out and posted to the village or completed on line and emailed .

Secure your position on the waiting list

To have your name recorded on the waiting list a fully refundable deposit of $1,000 is required. This will ensure that you are informed as soon as a unit or apartment becomes available that meets your needs. Waiting list deposits are lodged in a solicitor's trust account and are refundable with any interest earned on demand. If you decide to proceed then this deposit will form part of the ingoing contribution.

 

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO PROSPECTIVE RESIDENTS
The Victorian Government has prescribed additional disclosure documents that must be provided to prospective residents from the 1st July 2014. Balmoral welcomes this initiative. These documents are available now from the village manager.
