Here is the process
A $1,000 deposit will secure your place on our waiting list.
This is fully refundable upon request. We will provide the documents and disclosure statements which contain all the "fine print" to show your solicitor.
If the unit of your choice is available and you wish to proceed a deposit equal to 10% of the applicable Ingoing Contribution for your unit is payable.
The lease agreement must be signed. All monies received are held in a solicitor's trust account on your behalf until you are ready to move into your unit and settle. If you have a house to sell which is usually the case then your move to the village will be conditional upon that sale occurring.
When you are ready to settle and move in the balance of the applicable Ingoing Contribution must be paid and together we can plan your move to Balmoral Village.
At Balmoral we appreciate that selling and moving house is a major decision that requires careful thought and often consultation with family, friends and professional advisors; our aim is to make the process as stress free as possible.
Our promise is that there will be no high pressure sales people trying to push you into a decision. At Balmoral you will be dealing directly with the Manager and Assistant Manager who are the people that you will look to, after moving in, to deliver on any representations made. They take that responsibility very seriously.
