Established in 1984, Balmoral is fortunate to have been designed when land was more freely available. The result is a 20 acre secure and spacious village with generous proportions, open spaces and wide paved driveways in a well-established residential precinct. The villa units radiate conveniently from the Balmoral Club which is the hub of village life.
