It’s with great pride that we celebrate Balmoral resident, Noel Addicoat. Knox City Council awarded Noel the prestigious “Senior Citizen of the Year” for 2023.

With the AFL home and away season complete, and finals underway, Balmoral hosted its annual AFL Footy Tipping Competition “Winners Morning Tea”. For the first time in competition history, Balmoral celebrated five joint winners for the 2022 season.

The achievements of Margaret Addicoat and the Balmoral knitting group, and their dedication, selflessness and commitment to those in need, is just one example of community spirit at Balmoral.
